Our origin

We are all probably familiar with good managers who were born with leadership skills and/or who have systematically developed their leadership skills over the course of their careers, and managers at the other end of the scale who would actually be better off not managing any employees at all, thereby doing themselves and others a big favour.

As like-minded individuals who have mostly suffered, we had the idea of making the world of leadership a little better. We come from very different disciplines and have created a core team that is unique in terms of diversity and skills. We are business economists, IT specialists, project management professionals, designers, psychologists and professional trainers.
