The Leadership Fundamentals Training runs from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the first day. Why so long?
We know how valuable your time is – that's why we maximise the added value! The intensive core training day ends at 6:30 p.m. The time after that is key for informal networking and deepening your knowledge: from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the trainers invite all participants to a joint dinner. This relaxed atmosphere is the perfect opportunity for valuable exchanges, personal questions and entertaining anecdotes from the trainers about their leadership lives. It is a conscious extension of the training into an inspiring, informal format, where the deepest insights are often gained.
