Many employees are relatively unhappy in their workplace. Quite a few feel little or no emotional attachment to their employer. One reason for this is that:
Their desire for comprehensive, appreciative
leadership is only partially fulfilled.
Although the majority of managers consider themselves to be good leaders, the vast majority of employees who voluntarily leave their company do so primarily because of their manager or direct supervisor – for five different reasons.
But what is the root cause, with so many
leadership training courses on the market?
Through scientific research of more than 1,000 German and English-language leadership training courses (with regular additions in the future) and a survey of more than 10,000 participants in these courses, we have found the answer to this question in collaboration with the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg and The Coca-Cola Company:
The majority of employees who resign voluntarily...
... leave the company mainly because of their direct supervisor.
The vast majority of training courses we examined do not address all five reasons why employees leave. In addition, according to the participants surveyed, many training courses do not bring about any lasting change in behaviour. In many cases, participants still have the seminar gift (a printed pen) and may even still have the accompanying glossy brochure on their shelf. However, the training content has not taken root. We've all been there.
Our vision was therefore clear.
We are developing a modular management training programme that covers all five reasons why employees give up. And in doing so, we turn managers into superbosses.
With our flagship training programme (and other products), we want to empower you to lead your employees in the flow channel. They will thank you with their loyalty.
This will enable you
to lead your employees in
the so-called ‘flow channel’*.

And from a purely economic perspective, any improvement in leadership quality within a company increases shareholder value!

According to our research, comprehensive content (all five reasons why employees leave their company) and memorability are the two main challenges in the international leadership training market.
We have succeeded in addressing both of these issues – and much more – with

the C.O.A.C.H.® concept.

C.O.A.C.H.® forms the modular framework for all of our Leadership Fundamentals training courses, which cover all of the aforementioned reasons for termination with their five building blocks.
What sets us apart from other training courses on the market?
First and foremost, our unique C.O.A.C.H. ® concept. But that alone is not enough for us. That is why we work with you in our training courses to cover the entire spectrum of modern self-management and employee management.
This ranges from the basics of leadership to the psychology of leadership and the latest scientific findings in leadership research.
We highlight trends and the connection between leadership and corporate culture. We do without endless lectures and crammed presentations.
We work according to the teaching concept of Harvard Business School, using the case study method. This means more and more lasting ‘aha moments’ than in other training courses. We teach in an ‘intensive-interactive’ manner, emphasising the exchange of experiences among our participants and a solid anchoring of the training content.
In a nutshell, our training courses are
Highly Interactive Speed Learning.
Our trainings are events!
All our trainers have extensive business experience, are at least bilingual (German/English) and have completed comprehensive training and further education in the field of training and coaching. We always train with two trainers and the number of participants is limited to 12 people in all our training courses.

We always train with two trainers because excellent leadership training requires double the impact!

While the market often only uses one trainer, we deliberately rely on our two-trainer principle. This is our strategic investment in your learning success and our promise of quality:

  • Double the perspective and expertise: you receive input and knowledge from two experienced leadership experts at the same time – this means a maximum range of anecdotes, practical knowledge and solution approaches.
  • Maximum sparring: you always have two sparring partners at your side. This ensures deeper feedback rounds, more intensive role-plays and the opportunity to be supervised in small groups at the same time.
  • Unbeatable dynamics: two trainers guarantee incredible dynamics and a high level of interactivity. This makes our training courses lively, varied and entertaining throughout – keeping energy levels high over two days and guaranteeing sustainable learning.
The guiding principle behind the design of our training courses is: 20% theory and 80% self-experience in role-playing games (learning by doing). Our content is extremely practical, which is something our training participants confirm time and again.
